Dr. Cooper and the staff at Sound Plastic Surgery are outstanding. The office is beautiful; Erin in reception always greeted my husband and I with warmth and kindness. Any calls with her were efficient and friendly. Lindsey, the MA, was equally kind and helpful. Julie, the patient coordinator, called me and took time to answer my questions and soothe my fears. Dr. Cooper always shook my hand and my husband's at the beginning and end of each visit. We developed a warm relationship and I am very impressed with his skill and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and Sound Plastic Surgery.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on the L side. I had a mastectomy in May, with a tissue expander placed for later breast reconstruction. I was lucky to have a nipple-sparing, skin sparing procedure. After 6 months of chemo, I finally had the tissue expander removed, and bilateral implants inserted (the R was to achieve symmetry). It's just a week after my reconstruction and I'm still swollen and tender, but liking the results so far. For a person that never expected to have plastic surgery, this process was very difficult. But I am so thankful for Dr. Cooper's warmth, understanding and professionalism. He made the process far more bearable for me.
