This 52 year old gentleman underwent removal of an extensive basal cell carcinoma of the nose by his dermatologist using the Mohs technique.  Dr. Cooper, Seattle plastic surgeon at Sound Plastic Surgery, PLLC, performed reconstruction with a paramedian forehead flap to restore his nasal contour and soft tissue defect.
