This 36 year old underwent breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Josh Cooper at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle. She had lost breast volume and developed some sagginess of her breasts after breast feeding. She loves her new look!  A vertical breast lift was performed, and smooth round silicone breast implants were placed.
