This 21 year old female underwent breast reduction surgery with Dr. Josh Cooper at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle.  She was bothered by neck, back, and shoulder discomfort.  She also had a lot of breast asymmetry, with her right breast being quite a bit larger than her left breast.  Since her breast reduction, she feels great!  She loves her new breast size and shape! As with all of his breast reductions, Dr. Cooper uses a superior-medial pedicle technique.  Remember:  what happens under the skin during a breast reduction is just as important as what happens with the skin!  This technique allows plastic surgeons to remove the unwanted  heavy tissue in the lower portion of the breast while delivering smaller, nicely shaped breasts for patients.
